The ultimate goal is to provide a high quality service while building relationships with my clients. Cancellation Policy
Clients will be charged a 50% cancellation fee (not including the deposit) for any no shows and late shows, or any cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a no show and the client will be charged per my policy. No call- no shows and consistent cancellations will result in the client being charged and banned from LethalxLash. By booking an appointment with your credit/debit card, you agree to the terms above. All deposits are non-refundable.
